History & Significance
Charan Pahari is a small hill in Kamyavan where Krishna's footprints (charan) are believed to be naturally imprinted in the rock. Devotees climb the hill to take darshan of these sacred footprints.
Visiting Rules & Guidelines
- Mobile phones and cameras are strictly prohibited inside the temple premises.
- Remove shoes before entering the temple.
- Dress modestly — avoid shorts, sleeveless tops, and revealing clothing.
- Leather items (belts, bags) may not be allowed inside.
- Follow the queue system and maintain decorum.
- Peak hours (morning opening and evening aarti) are the most crowded. Plan accordingly.
